I have user-name with utf8 characters called "człowiek.backupu".
First of all it is not displayed correctly in user names comboBox.
Secondly when I try to save I have error saying that user is unk

etc...
So it seems that there is no binary to lunch this application.
However the manual kcron (8) still says such binary exists and how to use it.

It seems, to be problem witch xserver-xorg or xserver-xorg-video-i810 package.
Maybe you had some customized graphics settings in your Kde-Control
center, and now new Xse
