This issue is duplicate of 829614.
I resolved it by installing libkf5plasma5 from unstable.
As far as I understand, it's a conflict between KF 5.22 and KF 5.23.

Dear Maintainer,
I switched to SDDM rapidly when it became available. All was OK.
Since a recent update (I suppose 0.11 -> 0.12), login is hardly
possible.
I have 2 screens:
- A 1280px wide at left (VGA)
- A 1920px wide at right (DVI)

window decorations.
There are other issues (I cannot put pidgin or kwallet in tray. I lost
my hotkeys and cannot add new ones). I think it's due to migration in
progress (4.12->4.14). KDE in stretch is broken. But that's ano
installing qml-module-org-kde-kwindowsystem (5.12.0-2) has no effect.
xsession-errors contains lots of errors, and messages that experts may
understand... ;)
