The version 0.15.4~pre1 from the experimental branch suffers the same problem
when I try to build kdevplatform. After applying the proposed patch, the build

Hello,
the patch attached to this e-mail works for me. The previous solution with

patch the division by zero does not occur anymore and all events are visible.
Maybe I should add that I am using a calendar stored on an
Hello,
I have found a workaround. Setting the initial value of mFrequency in line 706
of recurrencerule.cpp to a value other than zero (I tested one) fixes the bug
for me. I do not know if this has any side effects.

Hello,
now the crash already occurs when I switch to the day or week view in
KOrganizer. This is very annoying and makes KOrgranizer unusable for me.
I started KOrganizer under gdb and checked what causes the exception. The

Hello,
I have additional information: After restarting Kopete, it told me that some
contacts are missing on my ICQ server list. I let Kopete add them again. Now
all contacts from the group that I have renamed before which had ICQ and

Hello,
I installed the Debian package of okular version 4:4.0.0-2 and noticed the
same problem as in kpdf. Maybe this has something to do with Qt oder KDE
libraries.

Hello,
I tried the first workaround:

- Closed Kmail and waited until all kio_imap4 processes disappeared from
process list.
- Started Kontact. No problems. Closed Kontact.

I can comfirm the problem described by Florimond.
But I am using a different Kopete package:
4:3.5.4+kopete0.12.2-1
This package is not from an official Debian mirror. But I get exactly the same
behaviour. Maybe it is a bug in the upstream package from KDE.

Benjamin
