I've noticed that the koffice-i18n-he package is gone and was wondering
why. There is no mention for this change in the changelog of
koffice-l10n (the source package).

I have updated the fribidi package to generate a proper shlib file so
that the proper dependency will be set in dependent packages, this is as
a replacement for the so versions that the upstream authors don't use.
