Chromium is running under xwayland on my computer. The bug also
reproducible on other xwayland apps. So it is not specific to
chromium, this is xwayland issue.

The bug is still reproducible on bookworm on bookworm's version of kwin-wayland,
i. e. 4:5.27.5-3 .
Also, the bug is not reproducible on sid on sid's version of kwin-wayland, i. e.
4:6.2.5-1 .
rts. So, if you actually read these reports and you want
me to try to write and test the fix, then, please, just tell me to do
so, and I will happily do it. I have time until 22 Jan 2025, then I
will move to other things.
