FWIW, in Kali Linux we reproduced the problem. We couldn't find a bug
upstream. In the end we did rebuild the qt6-base package, and it fixed
the problem.
I think the Debian Qt/KDE team should do a binNMU.

Hi,
it's been reported in Kali Linux as well (Kali is based on Debian
testing), cf. https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=8997
Just to confirm, it seems to be specific to arm64, I couldn't reproduce
on amd64.
