Every time I reply to a cross-posted newsgroup posting, KNode
automatically sets the Followup-To header to the first group on the
list, even if I don't subscribe to it. Usually I don't want to set
the Followup-To header at all, and I have to rem

It would be very useful to be able to "detach" attachments after
saving them, in other words to remove the large encoded attachment
from the message in KMail but retain the headers and the rest of the
body.
