I have just tested this on my two machines with an ATi using the radeon driver
and an Intel one. Both worked when I switched the Qt graphics system to
Raster, and I think that's the recommeneded method.
I had the chance to be face-to-face with another maintainer and showed it, I
only need an AC

Upstream has fixed this and it will be included on the next upstream release.
So I need to remember to remove the lines that delete this files (it will
FTBFS anyway when --fail-missing finds the moved ones)

I am unable to save jobs, ie the jobs list is empty when I start ktimer and
changes to ktimerrc can be made only by hand.
As I see no save buttons around how job management is supposed to work?
