I don't think this is caused by Konsole.
Is the reporter using input method? That might be the reason why
U+2011(NON-BREAKING HYPHEN) is inserted on the command line of the
original report, instead of the plain dash(0x2D).

This is actually not a bug. A profile must be marked as "Show in Menu"
(the second column in the screenshot) in order to appear under various
submenus.

Can't reproduce the problem using Konsole 2.7.4 (or higher versions)
shipped in KDE SC 4.7.4.
