You mean I have to ask the user to erase everything in $HOME to make sure that plasma-desktop doesn't die? Sorry, but this doesn't answer the question. How can I set ulimit -c unlimited before plasma-desktop is run to make sure that there is a core dump for investigation? Regards Harri -- T
