KPackage has been removed from upstream KDE SC in 4.4, so, it will
also be removed from debian when kdeadmin 4.4 is packaged.

Bug happened here, desktop without Plasma for now - feels really quite
crippled.
http://snapshot.debian.net doesn't carry a workable hal version.
Does anyone have hal available 0.5.13-6?
Or a fixed kde-workspace-bin?
