Since you are using testing, you should not have packages from both
kde3 and kde4. Testing only has kde4 now. The missing k

As solution i downloaded manually the correct packages from stable and
installed them manually:
dpkg -i kttsd
dpkg -i kttsd-contrib-plugins_3.5
