Clicking the Help button in Storage Media has no effect, except that
kcmshell media; outputs "khelpcenter: WARNING: Main template file name is
empty.".
Note that actually, when run in kcmshell, selecting the Help button does

problem solved,
i dont understand why, but exporting the QTDIR only was affective for root.
as i tried to run configure as root, it worked and the path was founded.
