It would be nice to be able to use KMail with reportbug, but KMail doesn't
support opening a file as an entire message for sending. It has --msg and
--body, but neither of those reads the header

I have done some peeking around on the kde bug tracker. The
developers there seem to think that this bug is caused by compilation
with incompatible gcc's (e.g., 3.4 and 4.0). Could this be the
