Maybe nobody noticed this bug in one month, but this is a
*security* issue!
It is very likely that any Japanese user (or more generally, any
asian user) using KDE / kdesktop_lock will also use an input
system such as SCIM. For *all* those users, locking the screen
in KDE is *unsecure*.
