Are you sure that 9758 is the correct patch? I thought the patch was

With some keys when searching for a key to encrypt a message to the key is
first shown with yellow over it and when selecting it the key icon turns into
something with red and the ok button gets greyed out.
This even happens with keys i have as

This still happens under KDE 3.3.2. I get the exactly same behaveour as
described in KDE bugreport http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90073.
Any idea how that bugreport at KDE can be reopened?

made available to KDE, e.g. via /etc/X11/Xsession.d or ~/.kde/env.
