The irc module sometimes has problems connecting to an irc server. For
me it just shows the blinking icon as if it was trying to connect but on
the server side it appears to connect and disconnect continously.
What's even worse, I cannot stop it

I'm not really convinced this is a serious bug, but rather an
configuration error, since libarts1-xine is installed by a very
large user base (including me) via kdemultimedia metapackage, and
nobody else has complained so far...

I'd like to contribute to the documentation of the arts sound
system in Debian by completing the man pages for the artsd and
related commands. When I had a short look at it, I noticed
that these man pages are generated from docbook. I guess
sending a patch for them would not be of great use. C
