Hi,
can anybody confirm that this bug is still relevant? It has been marked as
unreproducible (http://bugs.debian.org/223851), but it has still not been
closed although it is truly unreproducible even here with my Debian/testing
(and Kate 2.2.1 on KDE 3.2.3).
Thanks,
Matej

The mipsel error is in fact a timeout also and just needs a retry. The
boost stuff is all warnings only.
And the mips problem

Hi, Konqueror is working fine for me in the same situation (using the current
sid version, 3.3.1).
Does the submiter still suffer this bug?
Nevertheless, I suffer a similar issue. When I open konqueror, click on
"Devices" and then I click on my CD-Writer entry, then the CD-Writer gets
mounted.
I had this problem too, and have found a solution.
This applies to:
Bug#275098: Konqueror won't display JPEG thumbnails
http://lists.debian.org/debian-qt-kde/2004/10/msg00094.html
and
http://lists.debian.org/debian-kde/2004/10/msg00211.html
The short fix:
1. From a konq. window, go to Setting

I have also observed this behavior on i386.
Konqueror generates PS files that Ghostscript cannot interpret. SOME
printers seem to be able to.
It also cannot generate PDF files. Instead, it gives an error message:
