I have some weird issues with video playback and do not know exactly to
which package is this bug to be assigned. If I click on a link to a
video (whether in a KDE app or in a non-KDE app such as
Firefox) and the
default app to play it is a KDE vi
after running an upgrade on sarge/testing I had the same problems as
mentioned above (kdm_greet taking approximately 1 minute to start, using
100% cpu). indeed running 'dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig' solved that problem
and brought it back to a few seconds. It may be an idea to update the kdm

I changed my primary source to http.us.debian.org and was able to
install/setup sucessfully. Perhaps this bug has been fixed but hasn't
reached all mirrors yet?

web server told it's text/plain), kate crashed konqueror. It's simple to

Hello,
I've found that removing the file kontactrc from ~/.kde/share/config corrects
the problem for the next kontact session.
However, the problem reappears on the next start of kontact.
