Actually, on closer inspection, it appears that almost any key causes the
'edit entry' screen to appear. For example, if I hit 'shift' it causes a
new appointment to appear. This can't possibly be the desired behavior.

Intrigated by the keyword "unreproductible", I just wanted to

I had the same problem, try to:
- Open konqueror
- Go to: Settings --> Configure Konqueror --> Performance
- In "Preloading", set the "Maximum number of instances kept preloaded"
to 0.
- Retry to mount, visit and umount your CD-R

When someone writes to you a bubble comes up with read/ignore. When
pressing read the older versions opened a window and gave focus to it.
The new version seems to forget the latter.
I'm using focus with mouse.

When I start my computer, I have no keyboard in KDM. I tried a lot, but
nothings helps.
The only workaround that runs fine:
1.) Open a text console
2.) Log in as root
3.) Restart KDM with /etc/init.d/kdm restart

I believe this really annoying behaviour may be fixed by not calling
update-alternatives --remove in prerm if "$1" is "upgrade". This is how
