I guess this should be wontfix. Right-clicking forward/backward with
recent KDE releases gives you the toolbar menu which almost certainly

Hmm, sounds like I'm misconfigured then. Local timezone is giving me UTC
instead of EDT. I kept
on selecting NY thinking it would actually change the timezone, not just
the display.
When I do "Adjust date and time", I see that current timezone is UTC, but
the dropdown shows new york
