Anti-flickering patches

These patches are already in KDE HEAD bu not in KDE_3_2_BRANCH. http://robotics.dei.unipd.it/~koral/KDE/kflicker.html Would you be interested in getting them for debian? I could do the work (I'm doing it for me) to get them to apply in the debian kdebase source. Excuse my poor english.
