Hi all,
KDE uses helvetica as a standard font.
If "helvetica" is not found, KDE uses AFAIK the first available font which
advertise themselves as helvetica replacements.
If this first font is rendered as boxes we got it.

* debian/rules: stopped running make in the disabled dcopperl directory.
* debian/rules: explicitly disabled all the directories that aren't
packaged.

I'll add that this bug has the additional feature of pegging the CPU at
100% when knotes->quit is clicked. Sending the knotes process SIGTERM seems
to do no additional harm.
