Attached is a konqueror snapshot. Seems that the blue lines are not restricted

The crash opening the URL no longer happens in konqueror 4:3.1.4-2.
Now, it opens a dialog window offering the "Save as...", "Open" and
"Cancel" alternatives (which is correct).
