kdebase still orphaned ?

Hi, Looking on http://packages.qa.debian.org/kdebase, it says that kdebase is still orphaned. the page for kdelibs has correct information about this list maintaining it and such. Does anyone know what is the cause for this ? Did anyone forget to do something to inform the debian people or som
