How to Reproduce this bug:
1. Install cups.
2. Install oo.org
3. Remove cups/stop cups from starting on boot.
4. OO.org doesn't work anymore. It hangs on opening any file as well as
on creation of any new file.
I have this problem currently and I don't want to use cups anymore, so
