I have been unable to get SCIM to work with either the Debian
1.1.2dfsg1-3 or Debian 1.1.3-6 versions of OpenOffice though I do have
it working with the 2.0 snapshot OOo1.9.79 on Debian.
Might this be the current expected situation?
