Thanks for enabling the build of libreoffice on alpha. It built
successfully at version 1:4.1.6~rc1-1 but has FTBFS ever

Please enable Alpha as built arch in libreoffice. I attach two patches to
add alpha back in debian/rules and debian/control.
Also create file debian/vars.alpha with the follo

Actually the fix is obvious. Patch attached. Passes test suite and builds
to completion on armel and alpha.

That's brilliant: got it!
On ARM v5 running the padauk1 test from the test suite:

graphite2 also FTBFS on alpha and sparc64 at debian-ports. It appears
to me that the common factor between the build failures (armel, sparc,
sparc64,alpha) is that they are all RISC CPUs requiring strict alignment
on memory accesses. I would bet on a misaligned memory access somewhere
in the code,

libreoffice can't be built on the Alpha architecture because graphite2
FTBFS, thus the build-dependency on libgraphite2-dev cannot be
satisfied.
