I had the same problems with the OOo 2.x some months ago and at
the beginning I have tested some ways to get Helvetica/Times
Fonts again.
My best solution now (in german language):

Hello Rene,
I have found the (new) patch-file:
patches/scsolver/scsolver-source-ui-scsolver-src.diff
in ooo-build-2.0.3.0 with foolish german text. So I have made
a german translation for this file. See my patchfile.

Hello,
now the debian/rules defines a BUILD_DEPS to liboost-dev in line
410. I think the old name was right: libboost-dev. I'm right?

Hello,
I have had a look to the debian rules for Sarge Backport.
I suggest to change some variables to:
BUILD_PYUNO=n (no package python-central in sarge)
SYSTEM_AGG=n (no package libagg-dev in sarge)
And the query:
ifeq "$(BUILD_PYUNO)" "y"

I only know the backports from http://www.backports.org and there you
can get only the old version 2.0.1-4bpo.

Hello!
I have found a serious error in the version 2.0.2-3.4pre:
if you change font-antialiasing in the options (view) to another value
then 1, then always while saving a writer-document ooo2 crashes.
I have tested this error with a short text: writer crashes with the
first "blank" character.

Do you know which version number it has? 2.0.1-X or more recent?

Hallo,
I have installed the new (self-compiled) OOo2 3.4pre without old
installed config files. I started the first time with "ooffice" and get
an error "fopen() failed ...".
I have found, it cannot find the file /etc/openoffice/sofficerc. And
there is also no file /etc/openoffice/psprint.conf"
With the self-compiled OOo2 (from Debian) for Debian Sarge I have
always the following problem:
If I use the special Fax-Icon to send a document as a fax and I forget
the fax-number and say 'Ok' or click "Abort", then OOo2 says "Print
Error" and crashes.
If I do this with the print dialog and for
