I have the same bug:
When input csv file is
0.568,0.0,1.0,1.0
Import wizard shows:
0.568,0.0,1.0,1.0
However, once imported, data within cells looks like:
0.568 0.0 01/01/0001/01/00
This is bad.

This makes printing sheets which are not configured to be printed.
This make waste a lot of paper every time.

the condition to reproduce this crash is to launch
openoffice.org-impress, to create a default document and to click on the
diaporama menu logo.
It occurs every time.

such as Ctrl-C for copy Ctrl-Z for undo.
