No, it isn't a fontconfig's problem.
I could use "fc-list" to show correct fontnames.
And all other applications which use fontconfig in my system could use

Since 1.1.0-1, openoffice couldn't recognize simsun.ttc and mingliu.ttc.
To use these fonts, I must rename or link them to *.ttf.
