No I installed Libreoffice Version 4.0.3.3 (Build ID: 400m0(Build:3))
from Wheezy-Backports, and there the Problem still exists!!

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'testing'.
It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails.
