Hi,
actually amd64 is still affected even in current versions because it
accidentially still builds with internal boost. Will be fixed..
I still look for the best way, though, since building with internal
boost has problems on amd64...

Thanks René - I unchecked "Tools/Options/OpenOffice.org/View/Graphics
output/Use hardware acceleration" and that did the trick.

The selected printer is loaded with the document (last used printer for that
document) even if "load user-specified settings" is disabled, so the
default printer settings doesn't really fulfill its purpose here.
