Bug#354895: still no Form wizard

Hi I've tried the Form Wizard : - Sun's JRE 5 : nothing happens - Sun's JRE 6 : nothing happens - GIJ : *** glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 0xb5cd4890 *** then OOo completely freezes. Is there a way out for this bug? It's been around for almost 1 year. Is there anything I can do
