I made some progress. Patch attached to this mail.
As usually:
1) apt-get source openoffice.org
2) cd openoffice.org-2.0.0/
3) patch -p1 < ../compile-openoffice.patch
4) dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc
Then I get the following error:
