Sorry, you're right, for whatever reason, it was not there, but "apt-get
install --reinstall openoffice.org-bin"-ing it worked it out.

I use several encoding on my laptop. AFAIK, oowriter is unable to deal
with it. Within an UTF-8 environment, I tried to open an ISO-8859-15 file
and the display is broken.
