Hi, Well, installing lpr caused the error messages to go away, and openoffice starts properly. Unfortunately now I can't reproduce the crash, even after purging lpr and deleting ~/.openoffice ~/.sversionrc and ~/.user60.rdb. I will follow up if it happens again. Thanks, On Tue, 12 Nov 2002,
