Several times I have found the suggestion that I should add the line:  domain-name=.alocal at the avahi-daemon.conf That advice is available at: http://avahi.org/wiki/AvahiAndUnicastDotLocal --- I have done it already a few times. And it doesn't help. Here is my avahi-daemon.conf
