Other options I would leave to you: NGI Eolo or BT Italia.
If fiber and ipv6 are mandatory for his requirements, i suggest your
uncle to ask a telco factory for busin

and has not received any router or password or anything
Try to call the custom care and ask for updates, or go to a infostrada

Can anybody comment on how to choose a good ISP for DSL or fibre in Milan?
My uncle is in Milan, having many problems trying to get an ISP connection.
- Fastweb came to his building and said it is impossible to install fibre.
