After building and installing version 4.6.3-2, I found the new
version would hang compiling various files in pointer_set_insert.
GCC is unable to bootstrap itself.
This is GCC PR middle-end/52894.

Hi,
Attached is an updated version of pr99832-distro.diff. It fixes many
test failures on hppa but acats tests didn't run.
Test results for gcc-15.1.0-4 with this patch are posted here:
