While developing a custom implementation of std::make_index_sequence
for compatibility with previous versions of gcc, I ran into an
internal compiler error. I'm attaching the output of creduce on the
source code, which still gives the same ICE.

I was actually hoping you would comment on this :). I wasn't sure whether the
conditional is correct, I just had a look at a previous change in debian/rules2
which mentioned v9 in 32-b
