I am trying to find the above package but it seems to be missing from
everywhere I look.
Any ideas?

Just a FYI, that the libobjc soname will change with GCC 4.6. Maybe it's worth
delaying any GNUstep transition until after GCC 4.6 will be in unstable (which
will not before the 4.6.0 release).
