Control: retitle 994748 "disabled dh_elpa_test should mark autopkgtest superficial" So it turns out overriding "dh_elpa_test" works fine as way of disabling build time tests while still running the tests as autopkgtests. I still think it would be useful to mark tests where dh_elpa_test is disabl
