maintainer would realize that some functionality may be missing if a
recommended package is missing.

Ispell-3.1.18-4 now suggests a word-list instead of recommending one.
I am retaining the 'word-list' virtual package, in the hope that a new
wenglish will be released, perhaps even by myself, prviding such a
virtual package.
