all probably have the same process.
Nothing new is being invented here and none being reinvented to complicate
matters.
The existing security framework is quite simple yet sophisticated which is
probably good.

easier to get clarification.
Why was rsyslog used as the persistent storage instead of journald for
previous Debian distribution?
I did not check but is the current journald temp session log storing data
in binary forma
