I don't see any reason why debugging symbols are kept. I ran

release critical bug. In fact it is only a typo. The quota maintainer seems

I don't know any incompatibility. From the CHANGES file there wasn't so much
action except bug fixes. One command 'setquota' was added and some source
files were restructured to make sure ngs are coded only once.
