Most but not all of the Ubuntu desktop flavors have also switched to
PipeWire for Ubuntu 22.10. I'm not involved in the decisions for other
Debian desktop flavors but they would get the same advantages and
their apps designed for PulseAudio should still work with PipeWire.

In the particular case of gnome-calculator, virtually nothing depends
on a particular version of gnome-calculator. And in this case, it's
probably better for me to just go ahead and upload the epoch bump,
upsetting a few people, but it's not really a big deal at all and
saves a bunch of needless work in the long run.
