I use cdbs to maintain the php-codesniffer package and have a very basic
debian/rules: http://cgi.sfu.ca/~jdbates/tmp/debian/200809030/rules
Unfortunately it installs a script
at /usr/bin/scrips/phpcs-svn-pre-commit, instead
of /usr/share/subversion/hook-scripts/phpcs
So I tried inserting my own
