Hi developers,
I am unsure about the format of my email but I decided to write here.
As a team member of phpMyAdmin and also of the packaging team I want to have
the latest version packaged.
Currently 4.9 is in Debian, I prepared all the work for 5.0.
I am asking for the help to review my work,
