Hi, The next Release of Lilo will not depend on mbr. liloconfig will look for mbr.b and provide an option to use it interactively. Therefore I will change it to Suggested: mbr

Bug#3761: Lilo Installation and multiple Disks

Hi, the new liloconfig I'm currently writing will be included in lilo_18-1 and should be able to install a MBR to solve this problem. It will interactively generate the lilo.conf and install the mbr if needed. Greetings Bernd
